This project is the expansion and adaptive reuse of an existing 11,500 square foot courthouse building for the Simi Valley Family YMCA. It contains a rotunda entrance lobby, a natatorium, with a lap pool and hydrotherapy pool, locker rooms, exercise rooms, an aerobics room, a multi-purpose room, child watch center and an administration wing.  The 5 acre site is developed to include a family park area and surface parking for 148 cars. Future expansion will include a full-size gymnasium, exercise rooms, and boys and girls locker rooms.
