Three dormitories were designed to  accommodate 550 students in 3 and 4 story buildings totaling 165,768 square foot. The dormitories are designed to house students in 4, 6, and 8-person suites with modular furniture for individualized layouts. Because this phase of the project is accompanied by a Student Dining and Activities Center, support space within the dormitories is limited to small lounges, laundries, furniture storage and general maintenance shops. Each building contains an apartment for a supervisory person.
