This new 14,000 square foot, single story community center was designed for the Department of Recreation and Parks of the City of Los Angeles. The center is located in Petit Park in Granada Hills and houses a club room for meetings and classes, administrative offices, and a kitchen. Recreational components include exercise/ weight rooms and a full-size  gymnasium with retractable bleachers. 124 additional on-grade parking spaces have been added to the existing parking.
