| This 23-story, 436,000 square foot office tower is located at the eastern border of Beverly Hills. On one side of the building is major business district, and on the other is a residential neighborhood. In order to aqccomodate this building's unique setting, we created a public park with extensive landscaping, carefully selected building materials for warmth, and removed all parked cars from view into a 5-level, 950-car subterranean garage. | |
